Objetivos:

1.    Learn about, take care of and preserve our cultural heritage.
2.    Differentiate between past, present and future events.
3.    Learn new vocabulary related to the unit content.
4.    Analyse how human beings have travelled from place to place throughout history.
5.    Classify means of transport based on where they travel.
6.    Classify means of transport based on how they are used.
7.    Imagine new ways of travelling from place to place for the future.
8.    Do group work without stereotypes and sexist prejudices.
9.    Work with digital content.

Contenidos:

1.   Using and measuring time. Basic concepts: before, after, past, present, future, duration.
2.   Past and present events. Methods of reconstructing the past.
3.   Pollution and protecting nature.
4.   Means of transport.
5.   Using strategies to strengthen group cohesion and cooperative work.
6.   Techniques for academic work.
7.   Introduction to ICT to search for and select information.

Os dejo los objetivos y criterios de evaluación de la unidad 5 de Social Science:

Objetivos:

1.    Put personal life events in order using basic concepts of time (before, now, after).
2.    Learn basic measurements used to organise time (years, months, weeks, days, hours).
3.    Recognise the calendar as an essential visual element used to organise time at an annual level.
4.    Learn the seasons of the year and their main characteristics.
5.    Understand the passing of time in human life.
6.    Complete individual assignments using different sources for assistance.
7.    Work with digital content.

Contenidos:

1.   Day and night.
2.   Using and measuring time. Basic concepts: before, after, past, present, future, duration.
3.   Units of measurement: day, week, month, year.

Os dejo los objetivos y criterios de evaluación de la unidad 4 de Social Science:

Objetivos:

1.    Differentiate between natural landscapes and those altered by human.
2.    Recognise elements of infrastructure built by humans in a natural context.
3.    Identify human activities which are harmful to the natural environment and suggest actions to mitigate them.
4.    Differentiate between day and night. Identify the characteristics of each period.
5.    Engage in group work, respecting the ideas and opinions of the rest of the group and taking on the appropriate responsibilities.
6.    Work with digital content.

2.   Natural and human elements in the environment.

Objetivos:

1.    Learn about the main characteristics of water and air. Competence in Learning to Learn
2.    Distinguish between different meteorological phenomena and discover some of their effects on the human body.
3.    Assimilate new vocabulary related to weather.
4.    Look at the sequence of the different seasons of the year and the changes in weather that occur.
5.    Use fresh water responsibly, because it is a limited resource.
6.    Transfer the knowledge acquired to daily life and learn about models for responsible, constructive behaviour.
7.    Encourage participation in group activities.
